Sporting Proud Triathlon  

The annual Sporting Proud Triathlon taking place on Saturday 4th September 2010 in Brittas Bay, Co Wicklow, will be supporting two charities again. And this year Down Syndrome Centre are glad to be one of their recipients.

 

Sporting Proud have been organising sporting events, mostly triathlons  since 1998 and have raised over €1,000,000 for a variety of child-related causes. In this time, they have welcomed more than 1,100 participants to the event and the vast majority had never done a triathlon before.

 

So whether it's your first or your thirty-first swim, bike, run, would you consider doing it to help raise funds for us?

 

The triathlon is run as both an individual and team event so you can decide whether to go it solo or buddy-up with some friends and share the glory!

 

Individuals are asked to try and raise €300 and €1,000 for a team.
